MY PERSONAL JOURNEY
I came to breathwork out of curiosity — feeling overwhelmed and eager to find relief. At a time when I desperately wanted to feel like myself again, less stressed and more energized, breathwork offered so much more than I imagined.
It helped me navigate perimenopause with greater ease, lifted my mood, supported my weight loss journey and helped me reconnect with the real me. It enabled me to break down emotional walls built from past hurts and trauma, opening my heart to love and light from within.
As a nurse, I was fascinated by the science behind it — understanding how controlled breathing influences our nervous system gave me confidence in its power. The truth is: you can control your nervous system and your well-being — simply through your breath!
